Stellation is operated by Eduardo Rodriguez Marugan as a sole trader based in Nedlands, Western Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We take Australian privacy law seriously and we try to write about it in plain English.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you give us directly through the contact form on our website. That includes your name, your work email address, your role, the hospital or organisation you work at, and any message you choose to write. We do not run analytics on this site. We do not use tracking cookies. We do not collect anything about you in the background.
Why we collect it
We collect this information for one reason: so that we can respond to you. When you submit the contact form, your details arrive in our inbox and are added to our customer relationship management system so we can keep track of the conversation. We use these details only to contact you about Stellation and the work we discussed. We do not send marketing emails, we do not add you to any newsletter, and we do not use your information for any purpose you did not ask us to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with any third party. Ever. The only systems that touch your information are the ones we use to receive and manage it: the form submission service that delivers your message to our inbox, our email provider, and our CRM. These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact information for as long as it remains useful for the conversation you started with us. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so promptly and confirm it in writing.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us what information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and to ask us to delete it. You also have the right to make a privacy complaint if you think we have mishandled your information — first to us directly, and if you are not satisfied with our response, to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as Stellation grows. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect how we handle information we already hold about you, we will contact you directly.
